Both reservation and payment will be available.  Our outdoor wedding venue and reception hall are currently under construction and will be available 2024.   In reservation process, once you choose date/time and agree to our terms and conditions, you can go through payment to complete your reservation.  Due to daylight saving time we offer two different daily schedules depending on the time of year to ensure a sunset wedding slot, which are spring/summer (March 3rd week - November 1st week) and fall/winter (November 2nd week - March 2nd week) schedules. 

Reschedule is accepted if you notify us of your reschedule request earlier than 30 days before your scheduled wedding date. Please contact us by email.  

If you notify us of your cancellation earlier than 30 days before your scheduled wedding date, you will receive a 50% refund of your reservation fee and 100% of your property damage deposit.  If you notify us of your cancellation within 30 days of your date, there is no refund; however, you will receive a refund of your property damage deposit.  Please understand that cancellation within 30 days of reservation prevents another couple from having that time slot.  In addition, no-shows will not receive any refund.

The chapel tower stairwell is locked; however, on your request it will be open for 15 minutes for your wedding photo shoot during your reservation time. The tower is only available for the wedding couple and a photographer due to liability restrictions.  If you plan to take photo shoot in our chapel tower, please let us know in advance so we can schedule to unlock the stairwell. 

Our wedding venue is located on a hill without being blocked by any obstacles. On most days throughout the year, you are able to enjoy sunsets.  Even on a cloudy day, a sunset is often available from our venue unless the sky is completely covered by clouds.  Even if the setting sun is covered by some clouds, you may still enjoy a golden red sky reflecting through the clouds.  We have samples on our website of sunset photos on both sunny and cloudy days from our venue.

No.  We offer accommodation only.  Our prices do not include fees for officiant, wedding planner, photographer, cater florist, DJ, or anything other than accommodation.

Regarding alcohol, we offer wine, beer, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages at our reception hall.  You can purchase them from our alcohol & drink list for your reception.  We do not allow outside beverages.  Beverage serving services are provided at no extra charge.  If your guest list includes more than 40, Travis county requires the presence of a law enforcement officer.  This will be an additional charge.  We handle the scheduling of law enforcement officers.

Regarding foods, we do not offer them. Reception hall has kitchen prep area for outside caters.  There is no stove or oven to cook.

Chapelle de Mouton has a beautiful reception hall that can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Yes. We offer our outdoor wedding venue and/or reception hall not only to couples who want to renew their vows or just to take memorable photos but also to those who hold reunions and corporate gatherings etc..  Please feel free to inquire. 

Yes, we accept visitors who would like to see our premises in person. Please contact us for an appointment. 

Chapelle de Mouton is a non-denominational chapel.  We are open to everyone who wishes to have wedding at our chapel. 

Chapelle de Mouton is a dog friendly outdoor wedding venue; however, dog owners are 100% responsible for their behavior and biological needs as well as always having a leash on their dogs. Dogs may participate free of charge!
